Borough

Nov. 1 – There was a report of theft from a motor vehicle. $10 was allegedly stolen from a wallet.

Nov. 4 – Alexandria Lagnese, 20, was cited with DUI.

Nov. 5 – There was a report of criminal mischief. Damage was done to a car window.

Nov. 6 – There was an accident involving unattended damage to a bumper.

Campus

Oct. 25 – There was a report of a student receiving unwanted text messages at Watson Hall. The case is under investigation.

Oct. 25 – Campus police received a call of a person on the Quad preaching, attracting a crowd in front of Bailey Library. No incident took place.

Oct. 25 – There was a report of a person urinating in their roommate’s shampoo bottle in Building F. The case is under investigation.

Oct. 26 – There was a report of a bike being taken from outside East Gym.

Oct. 26 – There was a report of a student being harassed by letters and email at North Hall.

Oct. 27 – There was a report of a male grabbing a female and pushing her against the glass at the Watson Hall bus stop. Charges pending.

Oct. 30 – There was a report of a female receiving harassing phone calls over the past few days at Rhoads Hall. A police report was filed and the case is under investigation.

Oct. 30 – There was a report of theft from a women’s restroom in the Smith Student Center. The case is under investigation.

Nov. 3 – George Zarzecki, 19, was cited with underage consumption of alcohol after an officer observed an intoxicated individual.

Nov. 3 – Megan Frisco, 18; Emilee Hertweck, 18; and Alexander Pivik, 18, were cited with underage consumption of alcohol after a report of noise and alcohol violation at Building F.

Magistrate

Oct. 31 – Ralph Erb Jr., of Harrisville, Pa., 72, was charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture of deliver, possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, corruption or minors, three counts of Intent to possess of controlled substance by a person not regulated, and to sell/furnish liquor, etc. to a minor.

Oct. 31 – Cole Harvey, 21, of Butler, Pa., was seen for three counts of DUI, disorderly conduct, purchasing alcoholic beverages for a minor, and careless driving. He was released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 31 – Wayne Barry, 23, of Boyers, Pa., was seen for writing bad checks. He was released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 31 – Devon Lee Burkert, 24, of Harrisville, Pa., was seen for 31 counts of intent to possess controlled substance by a person a not registered, four counts of possession of small amount of marijuana for personal use, and three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 31 – Dylan Burkert, 21, of Harrisville, Pa., was seen for possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 31 – Jeffrey Ervin Sr., 44, of Greenville, Pa., was seen for six counts of theft by deception – false impression, and nine counts of writing bad checks.

Oct. 31 – John Brown, 46, of Butler, Pa., was seen for theft by deception – false impression and writing bad checks.
