September 15 – Police received a call from Butler 911 to inform them they were dispatching an ambulance for an individual having a seizure at the Eisenberg Classroom Building. The police and EMS arrived at the scene and transported the individual to Grove City Medical Center.

September 15 – University Police were dispatched for a motor vehicle accident. The police arrived on Kiester road. There were no injuries reported and both vehicles were drivable. Both parties exchanged the required information.

September 15 – Police responded to a theft report in Rhoads Hall of an X-Box, wallet containing a driver’s license, SRU ID card, and social security card. The individual stated that when they went to the restroom and returned after a short amount of time, they observed an unknown person entering their room and stealing their property. The case is under investigation.

September 15 – Police received a call from a nurse at the Student Health Center stating there was a sexual assault that had been reported. The case was referred to PSP due to the assault occurring off campus.

September 16 – Police conducted a traffic stop along Keister road for a car that was traveling with no headlights. The individual was reported to SRUPD to use the Datamaster. Caleb Gray was charged with a DUI.

September 16 – A student informed University Police that they met someone online and exchanged intimate pictures with them. The person was now demanding money to not send the pictures to others. The individual was referred to FBI Cyber Crimes and refused any other SRUPD action.

September 16 – Police received a call from the Health Center requesting an ambulance be dispatched for a person that was having an allergic reaction. The police response was not requested. EMS was dispatched to the Health Center and the individual was taken to Grove City hospital for further treatment.

September 16 – Police received a call about a suspicious person that was following students in the area of the Ski Lodge Parking lot. Officers arrived and were unable to contact the reported individual. The individual was a staff member and it was a misunderstanding. No further police action was taken.

September 16 – Police responded to a fire alarm activation in Rhoads Hall. The cause was burnt chicken. The alarm system was reset and the residents were able to reenter the building.

September 16 – Police received a call about a suspicious person in the middle of Kiester road who was possibly intoxicated. Officers arrived on the scene and didn’t locate anything out of the ordinary. No further police action was taken.

September 16 – PSP requested assistance with a traffic stop on Shields Road. The officers on scene searched the passenger of the vehicle and the individual was taken into custody.

September 16 – Butler Control forwarded a call from an individual that was parked in the McKay Commuter parking lot. Individual advised dispatch that he and his girlfriend had used drugs and that she had left the area. Slippery Rock Borough Police stood by with the driver while they were treated by EMS. The individual was transported to Grove City hospital. The police were able to locate the girlfriend at her residence and she was fine.

September 17 – Police received a call from a CA in Residence Hall E about a possible alcohol violation. CA advised the police that one of the students was under emotional duress. The police arrived to investigate and the incident will be referred to student standards.

September 17 – While on patrol, an officer found an individual laying on their back on the sidewalk on Founders Way. The individual was found to be intoxicated and in possession of drugs and drug paraphenalia. Luke Freeland was charged.

September 17 – Police responded for a fire alarm activation in Residence Hall E. The cause was burnt food. The panel was reset.

September 17 – Police recieved a call from a CA about a possible alcohol violation in Rhoads Hall. The incident was unfounded.

September 17 – Police recieved a call about an individual wanting to report harassment in the East Lake Parking Lot. The police arrived on scene and the other actors left location. The actor was gone on arrival. No further police action was taken.

September 17 – Police recived a call from a CA about a possible drug violation. The officers arrived on scene and the Stephen Davis was charged.

September 17 – Police recieved a call from a CA over a possible alcohol violation. The officers arrived on scene and nothing was found. No further action was taken.

September 18 – Police recieved a call from an individual about a possible alcohol violation and excessive noise in Residence Hall B. The officers arrived on scene and nothing was found. No further police action was taken.

September 18 – Slippery Rock Borough Police on station to utilize the Datamaster with a possible DUI motor vehicle opperator.

September 18 – PSP at station to utilize the Datamaster with a possible DUI for a motor vehicle opperator.

September 19 – Police responded to a fire alarm activation caused by burnt food in Residence Hall B. The alarm system was reset.

September 19 – Police recieved a call of a student that passed out in the Eisenberg Classroom Building. The person was awake and alert. The police and EMS arrived on scene and the person refused medical treatment. The police transported the individual back to their apartment.

September 19 – Police recieved a call from the nurse at the Health Center requesting ambulance be dispatched to their location. An ambulance arrived and transported the individual to Grove City Medical Center.

September 19 – Police responded to an individual who was in need of medical treatment in North Hall. The police contacted the person and all was okay. The person was given contact information for resources on campus to assist them if needed.

September 19 – Police recieved a call about an alleged sexual assault. The officer arrived at Residence Hall B to speak to the victim. The assault occured on Friday, September 16 in Slippery Rock Borough. Slippery Rock Police were notifed and took over the investigation.

September 21 – Police responded to an individual that passed out. The officers and EMT arrived at Aebersold Recreation Center. The person was trasported to Grove City Medical Center.

September 21 – Police responded for an individual that was dizzy, legs and hands were numb in Residence Hall B. The police transported the person to the Student Health Center.

September 21 – Borough police requested University Police assistance with warrant on an individual that was at Sheetz.

September 21 – An individual came into the station to report a theft report. The individual stated their vehicle was parked in the Lower Stadium parking lot, unknown person removed their license plate cover from their vehicle. The case is under investigation.

September 21 – Police responded for an intruder alarm activation at the Ski Lodge. The individual had permission to be in the building but the access code was not working to reset the alarm system.

September 21 – University police assisted borough police on a traffic stop. The University Police stood by for officer safety.
