The Rocket

Megan Bush
When representatives from The Rocket arrived in my FYRST Seminar classroom at the beginning of my freshman year, I knew immediately that I wanted to be part of this newspaper.  After contributing to the Campus Life section for months, I applied for the position of Campus Life Editor at the end of freshman year. As a junior, I'm now entering my second year as Editor of the Campus Life section, and I'm very much looking forward to learning and growing as a journalist with the help of my award-winning co-workers here at The Rocket and the hard-working members of WSRU-TV. Excluding my involvement with The Rocket, I am also beginning my third year as a member of the Musical Theatre Society and the Marching Pride Color Guard.  I enjoy long walks on the beach, watching Instagram videos of corgis, and ordering the mac and cheese dishes at restaurants.
