Court CasesOct. 4 - Ira Wade Sheatz Jr., 52, Cochranton, Pa, was seen for open lewdness and disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 4 - Peter A. Cicero III, 18, Preto, Pa, was seen for two counts of possessing of drug paraphernalia and possessing a small amount of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 4 - Robert A. Pope, 18, Pittsburgh, was seen for two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing a small amount of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 4 - David Joseph Floravit, 21, St. Marys, Pa, was seen for DUI, careless driving and driving without required lighted lamps. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 4 - Joseph Edward Layer, 45, Pittsburgh, was seen for DUI, driving in excess of speed limit. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 4 - Matthew Leonard Good, 21, Johnstown, Pa, was seen for DUI, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and failing to stop at properly posted stop signs. Case sent to Court of Common Pleas.
Oct. 4 - Stephen T. Gilkinson, 19, Wattsburg, Pa, was seen for possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 1 - Moamer Kasum, 22; Engim Isik, 21; Okan V. Sakar, 21; Andre Laforet, 20 and Dallas J. Hill, 19, were cited for disorderly house.
Oct. 4 - Troy Wayne Johnson, 19, and Nathan Joseph Lesko, 22, were cited for disorderly house.
Oct. 6 - Michelle A. Baret, 22; Kate M. Richards, 21; Peggy M. Deveny, 22; Autumn L. Moss, 21; Gary G. Saunders, 21, and Paul. I. Archibald, 25, were cited for disorderly house.

Sept. 26 - Carl Thompson, no age given, was cited for DUI after an officer stopped a vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign on Maltby Avenue.
Sept. 27 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a person receiving annoying phone class in the University Union.
Sept. 28 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of stolen property from a resident's room in Dodds Hall.
Sept. 29 - Kathryn Robertson, no age given, and Shalane Bower, no age given, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after an officer reported an alcohol violation on Stadium Drive.
Sept, 29 - Nicholas Teada, no age given, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Dodds Hall.
Sept. 29 - Benjamin Glaser, no age given, and Brian Bittinger, no age given, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Founders Hall.
Sept. 30 - Anthony Vincent, 18, was cited for defiant trespassing after police received a report of a person refusing to leave a resident's room in Patterson Hall.
Oct. 1 - Shaun Hannah, 23, was cited for public drunkenness after police received a report of an alcohol violation on Keister Road.
Oct. 1 - Jeffrey Plansinis, 19, and Christine Gaughan, 18, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of a person causing a disturbance at the entrance of North Hall.

Oct. 5 - Stacie Cross, 18, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Dodds Hall.
