Ah, once again, it is that time of year, the spring edition of finals week. The most hated and loved week in all of school. It brings about thoughts of despair and hope, as students look ahead to a summer filled with fun, while trying to cram a semester's worth of information into a plethora of all-night study sessions.
Finals Week. The time to display all of the knowledge garnered throughout the entire semester. I know we've probably all taken an uncomfortably large class or two this semester, and what can we say we've learned from those classes? Slippery Rock has over 8,000 students attending for a variety of degrees.
For me, going to college wasn't about the classes, professors, exams or papers. It was about the long-lasting friendships I will continue to cherish. It was about those long nights talking about life with friends and wondering what we're really doing with these four or five years of our lives.
