Court Cases

April 29 - Jonathon Paul Sands, 22, Oley, was seen for a DUI. He was released on his own recognance.

April 29 - Jesse Eli Nettinger, 29, New Castle, was seen for a DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, and driving without a license. He was released on his own recognance.

April 29 - Joseph Daniel Perez, 21, Rockwood, was seen for a DUI and careless driving. He was released on his own recognance.

Borough Police

April 20 - Amanda N. Scalise, 19; Christian M. Crivelli, 20; Jeffrey K. Leithauser, 20; Tyler J. Leopardi, 20; Whitney L. Bielawa, 21; Patrick C. Stewart, 19; Brett M. Kassander, 20; Kaitan C. Smiley, 19; John R. Eyre, 19; Jeremy D. Shipman, 19; Karan Makhija, 19, and Natalie R. Hashagen, 20 were cited for disorderly house.

Campus Police

April 22 - Reported damage to a parked vehicle in the Union commuter lot.

April 28 - Reported hit and run in the West Lake parking lot. The case is under investigation.

April 29 - Reported theft of a wallet from room 105 of Swope Music Hall. The case is under investigation.

April 29 - Reported theft of a jacket and keys from room 111 of Spotts World Culture. The case is under investigation.

Correction:
Due to incorrect information supplied by the Slippery Rock Borough Police, Matthew Yelkovich was incorrectly reported as having been cited for DUI in the April 4th issue. Yelkovich was not cited for DUI but was cited for disorderly house.
