Court Cases

April 22 - Randall Ronald Matlack, 37, Slippery Rock, was seen for simple assault, robbery, burglary, criminal trespassing, terroristic threats and reckless endangerment. Bail is set at $30,000.

April 22 - Randall Ronald Matlack, 37, Slippery Rock, was seen for aggravated assault and simple assault. Bail is set at $25,000.

April 22 - Shane Matthew Baker-Whipkey, 27, Butler, was seen for retail theft.

April 22 - Jeremy O. Walterson, 25, Butler, was seen for theft.

April 22 - Cathy D. Yusko, 38, Butler, was seen for a DUI.

April 22 - Bertha Ellen Wright, 27, Grove City, was seen for a DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, failure to follow duties at stop sign and careless driving.

April 17 - There was a report of damage to a vending machine in Suite A.

April 17 - There was a report of the theft of an I-pod in Swope Music Hall.

April 18 - There was a report of the theft of a cell phone in Bailey Library.

April 18 - There was a report of the unauthorized use of a credit card at the University police office.

April 19 - An officer witnessed graffiti being painted on a sign at Boozel Dining Hall.

April 20 - Justin Bibbo, 18; Margaret Blicha, 19; Joseph Pietracatello, 18; and Brandon Soubie, 19, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a report of an alcohol violation in Bard Hall.

April 20 - Caitlin Henney, 18, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a report of an alcohol violation. An EMS was dispatched to the health center.

April 20 - There was a report of harassment at the Rock Apartments.

April 21 - There was a report of the theft of building material from Patterson Hall.

April 21 - There was a report of criminal mischief in lab 209 in Vincent Science Hall. The case is under investigation.

April 22 - There was a report of the theft of a credit card and debit card in Harner Hall. The case is under investigation.
