Court Cases

Sept. 14 - Christopher Lee Heitzerater, 32, Fenelton, was seen for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was released on monetary bail.

Oct. 30 - Billie Jo Bowers, 41, Butler, Pa., was seen for use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 30 - Randy A. Musselman, 23, East Freedom, was seen for two counts of harassment.

Oct. 29 - Michael Joseph Mershimer, 41, Butler, was seen for two counts of DUI, failing to keep right, disregard for traffic lanes, not using low beams and failing to use the safety belt system. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 13 - Christopher Matthew Pickett, 21, Cowansville, was seen for two counts of DUI, disregard for a traffic lane and exceeding the speed limit. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 13 - Jerry Heath Douglas, 31, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for two counts of DUI, failing to keep right and disregarding the traffic lane. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 13 - Michael Patrick Murphy, 22, Moon Twp., was seen for two counts of DUI, exceeding the speed limit and for disregarded duties at a stop sign. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 13 - Christopher Daniel Michaels, 19, Redbank N.Y., was seen for criminal mischief and damaging property. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 13 - Kelly R. McCullough, 27, New Castle, was seen for selling and furnishing liquor to minors. She was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 13 - Daniel T. Garrigan, 21, Springdale, was seen for two counts of DUI. He was released on is own recognizance.

Nov. 13 - Aaron James Moninger, 30, Slippery Rock, was seen for indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 13 - Corey W. McFarland, 25, Clark, was seen for corruption of minors and selling and furnishing liquor to minors. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 13 - Francis Bernard Ferry, 38, Slippery Rock, was seen for two counts of DUI, failing to keep right and disregard for traffic lane. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 2 - Nathan Mitchell, 25, was seen for DUI.

Nov. 3- Mallory M. MacLaughlin, 18, and Rachelle C. Cili, 18, were seen for disorderly house.

Nov. 4 - Marcus A. Hudson, 23, was seen for DUI.

Nov. 11 - Dustin H. Adamski, 18, was seen for disorderly house.

Nov. 11 - Patrick A. Conti, 17, and Anna M. Bartoshey, 18, were seen for DUI.

Nov. 13 - Christina Joyce Ahrens, 23, was seen for retail theft.

Campus Police

Nov. 1 - Report of theft of a book bag in Swope Music Hall. Case is under investigation.

Nov. 1 - Report of heft of a wallet in the Advanced Technology and Science Building. Case is under investigation.
