PRICE
The prices were low considering the portion size. Lunch specials range between $4.15 and $5.99. Appetizers, a la carte items and side orders did not exceed $5.65. Vegetarian dishes were all priced at $6.25.
Combination dinners were either $6.15 or $6.75. Entrees fell between $7.10 and $9.25 and all steaks were $11.99.
ENVIRONMENT
It is definitely the place to bring the family. You will not be spending an arm and a leg and everyone will go home full. It seemed as though the restaurant was run by a family, so the atmosphere made it feel like you were being invited into that family's home.
Colorful Mexican tapestries, sombreros and pictures adorn the walls and Spanish music is played softly. In the dining area, there is one small TV, but I got the feeling that it doesn't get turned on a lot. There is no bar to sit at, but alcohol can be served to your table.
It is a small restaurant and dining area, yet there are many tables that can be moved to accompany larger groups. I would suggest no more than 10.
Drive-through services are also available.
SERVICE
Our food was brought to the table in less than 10 minutes. All of the servers were right on top of things. We had at least three different servers check on us to make sure that we had everything we needed, that our drinks were full and that we were happy with our selections.
Most (if not all) of the staff spoke Spanish, which added to the authenticity of the restaurant.
