"We get stuck in two specific rotations and we can't get out," Urbanik said. "We let them go on runs, and couldn't get it back."
Urbanik had 13 kills, 25 digs, and a team-high four blocks in the Rock effort.
The third game looked to be a momentum boost for the Rock, as it went on runs and dominated the Edinboro team in a 30-19 victory.
The momentum proved to be not quite enough though, as the Fighting Scots dominated in a 30-19 win in the fourth game.
Lokash said that the team went back and forth with a lot of free balls, and when Edinboro hit on the second ball, it usually scored.
"Momentum was a key, because last time we played them they ran at us straight-up, and this time we needed to go for it," Lokash said. "They are bigger and stronger than us, so we had to try to take them out of their game by serving aggressively and doing different things."
Two specific rotations served as the catalysts for the Edinboro runs and are something that the Rock will continue to work on.
"We get stuck in certain rotations and we need to do a better job getting out of those," Lokash said.
Urbanik and senior Louise Schultz agreed that the two rotations they continually get stuck in are a problem, but admitted that they weren't the only issue of the evening.
"Our defense definitely had a hard time and we are still struggling to finish," Urbanik said. "Our serving and passing was better than the first time we played them, but we just couldn't get it done."
Schultz, who added 21 assists, four aces and three blocks, said she recognizes the problems, but is still optimistic about advancing to the regional tournament.
"When we get into a hole, we think negatively, and we say positive things, but our actions don't show it," Schultz said. "But these are things we will work on because if we win this weekend, we have a good chance for regionals."
Lokash said that the team is definitely playing better than earlier in the season and that the Rock played a lot better against Edinboro this time around.
"Edinboro is ranked No. 2 in the region, so it's not a shame that we lost, but we are good enough to beat them," Lokash said.
Lokash said that the Rock will continue to make adjustments and will focus on improving the two rotations that the team is getting stuck in.
"We have nothing to lose," Lokash said. "We play differently when we think this way."
The Rock returns to action on Friday for another PSAC crossover weekend at California University of Pennsylvania where SRU will play East Stroudsburg on Friday and Shippensburg and West Chester on Saturday.
