Court Cases

Sept. 9 - Bryan Paul Brinker, 23, Slippery Rock, was seen for aggravated assault, simple assault, DUI, harassment, criminal mischief, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving while having a suspended license.

Oct. 9 - Benjamin Michael Scherer, 19, Gibsonia, was seen for three counts of DUI, operating a vehicle while under the influence, purchasing alcoholic beverages as a minor and failure to keep right. He was released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 9 - Charles Allen Walker, 51, Garfield Heights, Ohio, was seen for possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of DUI, disorderly conduct and driving while having a suspended license. He was released on unsecured bail.

Oct. 10 - Michael Shane Green, 29, Portersville, was seen for simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was released on monetary bail and on the condition that he has no conduct with the victims.

Oct. 16 - Autumn Rae Ruth, 27, Slippery Rock, was seen for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.

Oct. 16 - Charlene Kriebel, 54, Grove City, was seen for attempting theft by deception via false impression. He was released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 16 - Patrick Michael Rodgers, 23, Slippery Rock, was seen for DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 16 - Rashid M. Coleman, 19, Philadelphia, was seen for DUI, purchasing alcoholic beverage by a minor and ignoring duties at a stop sign. He was released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 16 - Colin D. Kreiger, 18, Kylertown, was seen for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 16 - Dale Lynn McLaughlin, 44, Jackson Center, was seen for two counts of DUI and exceeding max speed limit established. He was released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 13 - Stephanie M. Yeager, 18, was cited for disorderly house.

Oct. 13 - Michael Adam Priest was cited for disorderly house.

Oct. 13 - Lucas A. Orr, 19, was cited for disorderly house.

Oct. 13 - Raymond Mirt, 18, was cited for disorderly ouse.

Oct. 14 - Sean F. Brennan, 22, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Oct. 14 - Ingar Nybakken, 23, was cited for public drunkenness.

Oct. 14 - Andrew M. Hall, 19, was cited for disorderly house.

Oct. 14 - Gary J. Templin Jr., 19, was cited for disorderly house.

Oct. 14 - Christopher A. Buchanen, 18, was cited for disorderly house.

Oct. 14 - Benjamin J. Moore, 19, was cited for disorderly house.

Oct. 14 - Travis Urban, 19, was cited for disorderly house.

Oct. 18 - Kathryn L. Robertson, 20, was cited for disorderly house.

Oct. 4 - Report of forgery at Old Main. Case is under investigation.

Oct. 4 - Michael Lee, 19, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a report of an alcohol violation in Harner Hall.

Oct. 12- Report of criminal mischief in East Lake parking lot. Case is under investigation.
