2008 Woodie Awards
View this section's front page!I noticed through SRU's Web site over the summer that the university's art department had obtained accreditation. As my daughter is an art major at SRU, I was pleased with the news. What I fail to understand is why the art department and its facilities do not seem to receive the same attention the rest of the campus has.
I am writing in response to the letter to the editor titled "SGA lacks leadership" that was published in The Rocket last week. In the article the author says: "it seems that the cowards in the Senate (student government) could not hide and instead sided with what was popular over what they actually believed.
