Court Cases

Aug. 13 - Mary Margaret Briggs, 22, Bloomsburg, Pa., was seen for two counts of DUI. She was released on his own recognizance.

Aug. 14 - Steven Gregory Armant, 37, Polk, Pa., was seen for two counts of reckless endangerment and two counts for harassment. He was released on monetary bail of $10,000 and on the condition that he refrain from entering the residence or household of the victim or the victim's place of employment or further criminal conduct against the victim.

Aug. 18 - Ronald Dean Young, 45, Slippery Rock, was seen for two counts of DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.

Aug. 28 - Christopher J. Harris, 27, Butler, was seen for nine counts of bad checks and eight counts of theft by deception.

Aug. 29 - Katherine Yova, 25, New Wilmington, Pa., was seen for writing bad check and theft by deception.

Sept. 14 - Robert Charles Schwanbeck, 21, Clark Pa., was seen for arrest prior to requisition after being charged with a crime in another state and fled from justice pursuant to being convicted of a crime was wanted out of the state of Ohio for failure to appear in Trumbull County subsequent to arrest.

Sept. 18 - Brigot Lynne Woodrow, 25, Meadville, Pa., was seen for two counts DUI and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Sept. 7 - Mark Joseph Miller, was cited for criminal mischief.

Sept. 13 - Kyle Tyson Magure, 20, Michael Ray Maleckar, 19, Colin Edward Gambert, 19, were cited for disorderly house.

Sept. 15 - Mervin J. Byler was cited for DUI.

Sept. 16 - Andrew J. Howard, 21, Brady M. Wert, 19, Brandon R. Smith, 19, Travis R. Ensoe, 21, Crystal A. Cain, 20, Laura H. Herbert, 19, Nicole M. Hutchins, 19, Colleen M. Lips, 19, Garrett R. Dush, 19, Ryan D. Mitchell, 20, were sited for disorderly house.

Sept. 16 - Brady M. Wert, 19, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol.

Campus Police

Sept. 11 - Report of possible Act 64 violation in Bard Hall. Charges pending.

Sept. 13 - Report of theft in the University Union. Case is still under investigation.

Sept. 14 - Keith Davis, 18, was cited for disorderly conduct after an officer observed an intoxicated person on Rock Pride Drive.

Sept. 15 - Matthew Teorsky, 18, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a report of an alcohol violation in Rhoads Hall.

Sept. 15 - Aaron Scott, 18, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a report of an alcohol violation in West Lake Lane.

Sept. 16 - Ross Moore, 19, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after an office observed a traffic stop resulting in alcohol violation on Kiester Road.

Sept. 17 - Randy Musselman, 23, was cited for harassment after a report of harassment in Watson Hall.
