Court Cases

Aug. 18 -Matthew Jacob Kimmel, 28, Slippery Rock, was seen for two counts of arson, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, tampering with property, loitering and prowling at night. Released on monetary bail and on the condition that he has no contact with victims.

Aug. 27- Cynthia Ann Fotta, 44, Prospect, Pa., was seen for retail theft. She was released on her own recognizance.

Sept. 4 - Justin Nathaniel Cherry, 23, Butler, was seen for DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.

Borough Police

Sept. 1 - Amanda C. Fults, 21, Tracy M. Lobbins, 21, Jillian M. Johns, 18, Katy L. Caron, 20, Joshua C. Robbins, 18, Shannon K. Bowker, 19, Brandon W. Hoffman, 19, Christine L. Krankotz, 20, Zachary A. Williams, 18, Kelley L. Riedel, 19, Bradley E. Hampton, 18, and Jacob W. Buls, 19, Ryan Erique Brown, 19, and Jayme Lynnelle Trower, 10 were cited for disorderly house.

Sept. 1 - Nicole Lynn Kintigh, 21, was cited for DUI.

Sept. 2 - Robert Durnell, 19, was cited for disorderly house.

Sept. 2 - Robert James Redfoot, 18, was cited for DUI.

Campus Police

Aug. 29 - Report of theft from an apartment in Suite A. Case is still under investigation.

Aug. 31 - Report of a fight in the lower stadium lot. Charges pending.

Sept. 1 - Traffic violation on Campus Drive. Charges pending.

Sept. 1 - Traffic violation on Kiester Road. Charges pending.

Sept. 1 - Ryan Butschie, 19, and Justin Kosik, 19, were cited for underage drinking after a report of an alcohol violation in Suite D.
