Court Cases

April 3 - Erica Beth Boltz, 27, Butler, was seen for possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $200.

July 3 - Crystal Ann Willyoung, 33, Slippery Rock, was seen for use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $300.

July 16 - Thomas G. Hill, 25, Youngstown, NY., was seen for two counts of DUI and failure to keep right. He was released on his own recognizance.

July 23 - Larry J. Livingston Jr., 23, New Castle, was seen for receiving stolen property, operating a vehicle without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle and violating government traffic rules.

July 30 - Brett Phillip Codispot, 22, Harrisville, Pa., was seen for two counts of DUI.

He was released on his own recognizance.

July - 30 - Glenn Stanley Davis Jr., 55, Harrisville, Pa., was seen for two counts of terroristic threats and two counts of harassment. Released on the condition that he has no contact with victims.

July 27 - Brian Nolen Krenke, 28, was cited for corruption of minors.

Aug. 3 - Keith J. Dawson, 31, was cited for harassment.

Aug. 9 - Mark Briggs, 22, was cited for DUI.

Aug. 18 - Mathew Jacob Kimmel was cited for arson.

Aug. 19 - Dennis Charles McDonough was cited for DUI.

Aug. 19 - Ronald Dean Young was cited for DUI.

Aug. 23 - Joshua S. Burnette was cited for retail theft.

Aug. 25 - Emily McCormick, 19, was cited for disorderly house, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.

Aug. 25 - William W. Hulings, 21, was cited for disorderly house.

Aug. 26 - Gregory Alan Silvestri, 22, was cited for disorderly conduct.

Campus Police

April 25 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of criminal mischief of a crosswalk sign on Campus Drive.

April 25 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of theft of a wallet at Morrow Field House.

August 26 - Coulton Casteel, was cited for underage drinking after a report of an intoxicated individual walking on East Central Loop.
