Court Cases

March 17 - Robert A. Nipper, 28, Boardman, OH., was seen for possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bail set at $25,000.

May 1 - Anthony Michael Kovocovsky Jr., 44, Butler Pa., was seen for two counts of DUI and careless driving. He was released on his own recognizance.

May 1 - Justin Dale Colich, 24, New Castle, Pa., was seen for DUI, careless driving, and failing to use safety belt system. He was released on his own recognizance.

Borough Police

April 28 - Michael Lee Bennett, 21, was cited for stalking.

April 28 - Billie Zoe Osborn, 43, was cited for DUI.

April 28 - Nicole M. Presto, 19, was cited for disorderly house.

April 29 - Brad T. Hays, 19, was cited for disorderly conduct.

April 29 - Louis Anthony Nocera, 20, was cited for DUI.

April 29 - Justin Hoppe, 21, was cited for disorderly conduct.

Campus Police

April 30 - Joshua Sullivan, 19, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a report of an alcohol violation in the Union Commuter Lot.

April 30 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of theft from the computer lab in the University Union.

April 30 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of physical assault in Patterson Hall.

April 30 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of individuals that were hit with a pellet gun. Individuals went to Slippery Rock University's Health Center.
