Court Cases

Feb. 20 - David Lee McCory Jr., 22, Butler, Pa., was seen for DUI and careless driving. Bail set at $1,000.

March 17 - Robert Jude Williams, 27, Gibsonia, Pa., was seen for receiving stolen property, use and possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.

March 28 - Glenn Aron Reedmeyer, 22, Baldwin, Pa., was seen for three counts of burglary, three counts of theft, and receiving stolen property. Bail posted at $1,000.

April 8 - Joshua D. Dykes, 21, Niagara Falls, N.Y., was seen for the use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $5,000

April 12 - Sultan Kareem Akbar, 23, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for DUI and speeding. Bail set at $5,000.

April 17 - Ian Oman, 23, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.

April 17 - Lee William Robison, 21, Sarver, Pa., was seen for DUI and careless driving.

April 17 - Phillip Michael Bullock, 21, Rochester, N.Y., was seen for use and possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. He was released on his own recognizance.

April 17 - Kelly Lyn McBride, 23, Crafton Pa., was seen for use and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on his own recognizance.

April 17 - Russell Charles Scheffer, 25, Franklin, Pa., was seen for DUI and careless driving. He was released on his own recognizance.

April 20 - Ronald Milford Hood III, 23, Coatesville, Pa., was seen for defiant trespassing, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness. Bail set at $3,000.

April 24 - Shannon Maire Kachik, 25, Sandy Lake, Pa., was seen for DUI and careless driving. She was released on her own recognizance.

April 24 - Lawrence Dewayne Vogel, 25, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for speeding, careless driving, and two counts of DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.

April 24 - Derek Eugene Neubauer, 25, Butler Pa., was seen for DUI and careless driving. He was released on his own recognizance.

April 12 - Yahru I. Hood-Wilkerson, 20, was cited for disorderly house.

April 19 - Louis Ortenzio Folino, 27, was cited for DUI.

April 24 - Steve Cronin, 48, was cited for DUI.

Campus Police

April 14 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of criminal mischief of a parked car in BSB Parking Lot.

April 16 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of theft and an unauthorized use of a credit card in North Hall.

April 17 - Heather Sowalla, 19, was cited for terroristic threats after a report of leaving a threatening note to her roommate in Patterson Hall.

April 17 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of theft of a visa card in Patterson Hall.

April 18 - Jonathon M. Hallwrith, 22, was cited for public intoxication after a report of public intoxication in a resident hall.

April 20 - Ronald Hood, 23, was arrested and transported to Butler County Police after a report of loud noise and alcohol violation. He was charged with defiant trespassing, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.

April 20 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of theft of a wallet in Aebersold Recreation Center.

April 20 - Alexandra Higgins, 20, was cited for underage drinking in Bard Hall.

April 21 - Mamadou Bah, 21, was cited for speeding and general impairment after refusing a breathalyzer on Kiester Road.

April 22 - Adam Fields, 23, was cited for general impairment after a report of running a stop sign on North Road.

April 22 - Jennifer pace, 20, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a report of an alcohol violation on Rock Pride Drive.

April 22 - Stephen Shetter, 19, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a report of an alcohol violation in Patterson Hall.

April 23 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of theft of a stolen medical parking pass in Swope Commuter Lot.

April 23 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of assault in Watson Hall.
