A motion to add and change a section of Article No. 8, Section 3 was passed. The up-to-date SRSGA Constitution and Bylaws will be available for student access at any given time. Minutes will be accessible on the SGA Web site within one week of approval.

Also, all guidelines, rules, and regulations for SRSGA-funded student organization budgets must be clearly defined and provided to every funded organization and will also be published on the SGA Web site.
The article also states that all students have the right to request all records of the operations of the SRSGA, Inc., and requests that information must be fulfilled within a reasonable period of time.
Article No. 4, Section 10 was added to Amendment No. 2, giving the SRSGA President the authority to select the Parliamentarian with approval from the Executive Board.
The Parliamentarian-elect must also have prior experience in understanding Parliamentary procedure.
The next SGA meeting will be held during common hour on May 3, in which the new board members will be sworn in.
