Court Cases

Jan. 28 - Anthony Joseph Bovo, New Castle, Pa., was seen for carrying a firearm without a license, impersonating a public servant, three counts of simple assault and four counts of harassment. Bail is set at $5,000.

March 3 - Mary Jane Rice, Portersville, Pa., was seen for theft and forgery. She was released on her own recognizance.

March 7 - Mercedez Julian McIntyre, Pittsburgh, was seen for five counts of forgery, 10 counts of access device fraud and 10 counts of theft. She was released on her own recognizance.

Borough Police

Feb. 25 - Paul Timothy Anderson, 23, was cited for DUI.

March 3 - Paul David Schacht Jr., 21, was cited for disorderly conduct.

March 4 - Grant Michael Bailey, 26, was cited for disorderly conduct.

March 4 - Allyson C. Dragoon, 19, was cited for disorderly house.

March 4 - Emily Rennee Tamilin, 20, was cited for DUI.

March 4 - Timothy Robert Zorn, 25, was cited for DUI.

March 4 - Rodney James Riddle, 47, was cited DUI.

March 7 - Lawrence D. Vogel, 25, was cited for DUI.

March 8 - William Valentine, 22, was cited for DUI.

Campus Police

March 8 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a driver of a vehicle colliding with an unattended parked car in East Lake Parking Lot and then left the scene without reporting the accident.

March 8 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a stolen book bag in the ARC.

March 9 - Justin Zelekovitz, 18; Adam Fellows, 18; Kyle Kohut, 18, and Thomas Mike, 18, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a report of an alcohol violation in Patterson Hall.
