Court Cases

Feb. 21 - Shane Allen Maxwell, 34, Portersville, Pa., was seen for manufacturing, delivering and possession of a controlled substance and using and possessing drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.

March 6 - Angela Marie Uebele, 19, Monroeville, Pa., was seen for DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.

March 6 - Thomas Bernard Ronan III, 22, New Castle, Pa., was seen for DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.

March 6 - Travis Ryan Bell, 20, Altoona, Pa., was seen for use and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.

March 6 - Marguerite Marie Moore, 47, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.

March 6 - Jessica Lynne Ayn Tozer, 22, Bedford, Pa., was seen for DUI and failure to keep right. She was released on her own recognizance.

March 6 - Sarah Elizabeth Gallo, 19, Monaca, Pa., was seen for DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.

March 6 - Christian Andrew Peterson, 21, Pittsburgh, was seen for criminal mischief. He was released on his own recognizance.

March 3 - Keegan Smith, 19, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a report of an individual causing a disturbance on the happy bus.

March 6 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a Lear Flash Drive being stolen in Weisenfluh dining hall.
