Court Cases

Feb. 10 - Dustin Michael Fuhr, 18, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for burglary, harassment, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. Bail set at $5,000.
March. 7 - David J. Redding, 25, St. Petersburg, Pa., was seen for nine counts of bad checks. He was released on his own recognizance.

Borough Police

March 1 - Justin G. Bryan, 19 and Benjamin Logan Johnson, 19, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol.
March 3 - Jamie M. Greig, 22, was cited for criminal mischief.
March 5 - Jennifer L. Davis, 18; Sarah E. Valantine, 18; Bradley G. Miller, 20; and Christina M. Watson, 21, were cited for disorderly house.
March 5 - Misty Lynn Rankiw, 19; Ashley P. Malick, 18; Catherine Lynn Sismour, 19; and Jessie M. Victor, 18, were cited for disorderly house.
March 5 - Jamie McBride, 25, was cited for DUI.
March 6 - Patrick T. Passewitz, 20, was cited for scattering rubbish.

Campus Police

Feb. 21 - Mark Rudolph, 21, was cited for criminal mischief after police received a report of that a person smashed a window in Founders Hall on Feb. 13.
Feb. 22 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a window smashed and stereo speakers stolen of a parked vehicle in East Lake Lot.
Feb. 22 - Aaron Paris, 19, was cited for theft of services after officers discovered a counterfit parking permit displayed in a vehicle in Water Tower Parking Lot.
Feb. 22 - Harry Peterson, 20, was cited for theft of services after using a commuter decal in the Alumni Parking Lot.
Feb. 22 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of stolen tennis shoes from a locker room in Aebersold Recreation Center.
Feb. 26 - Jacob Fischer, 18, was cited for DUI of a controlled substance after a vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation on Stadium Drive on Feb. 23.
Feb. 26 - Michael Woods, 19; Nicole Totin, 18; James Marasti, 19; Adam Lawyer, 19; Andrew Iralsky, 18; Kara Dragone, 18; Andrea Berger, 18 were cited for underage consumption of alcohol and Bamfield Harmon, 22, was cited for DUI after a vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation in East Lake Parking Lot.
