News & Notes:
- On Tuesday Busta Rhymes made his first television appearance since his friend and bodyguard Israel Ramirez was shot to death outside of where he shot his latest video for the "Touch It" remix. According to Busta, the video was originally shot with the notion of promoting piece and unity in mind. Ironically enough, it also happend to be the day that Ramirez was shot. No suspects have been named and police are still investigating the situation.
- Brit pop-rockers Snow Patrol announced this week that May 9 will be the release date of their next album titled Eyes Open. The album will feature 11 new tracks including the lead single titled "Hands Open."
- Lil Jon officially entered the world of adult entertainment this week when he released his first adult movie entitled "Lil Jon's Vivid Vegas Party" this week. Though he does not actually "act" in the movie, he does claim to "coach the actresses with their fine art."
- High pitched screaming punk rockers Vendetta Red announced earlier this week that they are calling it quits. This comes after much speculation that the band was already done anyways. The group will play it's final show on April 8 in Seattle.
