Feb. 3 - John Jacob Kasecky, 23, Butler, Pa., was seen for theft by deception and bad checks. Bail is set at $25,000.
Feb. 13 - Matthew D. Geisel, 18, Dayton, Pa., was seen for possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing marijuana. Bail posted at $5,000.

Feb. 21 - David M. Rizzo, 22, Tyrone, Pa., was seen for DUI and driving in the wrong direction. He was released on his own recognizance.
Feb. 21 - Weston Andrew Phillis, 18, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for DUI, disregarding single traffic lane, careless driving, reckless driving, operating a vehicle with alcohol in system as a minor and failing to drive on the right side of the road. He was released on his own recognizance.
