The weather is beginning to get warmer and warmer with each passing day. Considering that winter never really ends around here until sometime in April, what better way to enjoy the warm weather, and this brief taste of spring, than to go see one of the best, most authentic reggae bands you have never heard of? Well, you have your chance on Tuesday when Morgan Heritage comes to Cleveland with Panic & The Rebels. Coming from Denroy Morgan's eight children, their roots reggae sound is more than enough to make you feel like the sun may never go down and the good vibes may never stop flowing.

News & Notes:

- Kid Rock earned an initial victory in his battle to stop the distribution of a sex tape featuring him, former Creed lead singer Scott Stapp and four other women this week. U.S. District Court Judge John Feikens signed a temporary order to prevent adult movie company Red Light District from posting the video on their web site until the artist's attorney can obtain a permanent court order that would block the ability for anyone to sell it either online or in stores.

- Flea, bassist for California funksters Red Hot Chili Peppers, went on record this week saying that the band will do a string of dates with Kanye West beginning near the end of August. Though none have been confirmed, the bassist claimed that he is "pretty sure" the dates will take place. The Peppers' upcoming double album, Stadium Arcadium, will be released May 9.

- It was announced this week that California rapper/G-Unot spokesperson The Game's next album will drop June 6, and will feature tracks produced by such hot shot beat-makers as Kanye West, Dr. Dre, Scott Storch and Timbaland.
