Court Cases

Jan. 17 - Zacc Michael Dray, 19, unknown residence, was seen for theft by unlawful taking or disposition, theft by deception and forgery. Bail set at $2,500.
Feb. 1 - Howard Albert Freshour, 54, Upper Marlboro, Md., was seen for aggravated assault, robbery, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, and possessing a firearm when prohibited. Bail set at $100,000.
Feb. 7 - Ronald William Lavery, 54, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for retail theft. He was released on his own recognizance.
Feb. 7 - Kirk Jason Ruth, 37, Fenelton, Pa., was seen for DUI, disregarding single traffic lane, careless driving and failing to use safety belt system. He was released on his own recognizance.
Feb. 10 - Scott James Lauderbaugh, 22, New Castle, Pa., was seen for burglary, criminal conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking or disposition. He was released on his own recognizance.

Feb. 3 - Justin Mork Kramer, 21, was cited for DUI.
Feb. 4 - Steven A. Saul, 20, was cited for disorderly house.
Feb. 5 - Jacob Ryan Geary, 18, was cited for disorderly house.
Feb. 5 - Steven Allen Zorn, 23; Christopher L. Bucy, 23; Steve A. Schrader, 22; Tyler Brocht Minnick, 20; Shannon E. Conn, 20; Rebecca R. Gardner, 20; Kathleen J. Smith, 20; Amber Lynn Moore, 19; Brandi L. McKenzie, 19; Samuel A. Kotzur, 23, Bethany L. Wagener, 18; Allison M. Stoll, 20; Elizabeth Freyvogel, 20; Kristina M. Kratsas, 19 and Jessica L. Spiker, 19 were cited for disorderly house.
Feb. 5 - Dominic Ventura, 19, was cited for disorderly house.

Campus Police

Jan. 27 - Stephen Browarny 21, was cited for theft of services after an officer discovered a counterfeit parking permit displayed in a vehicle in West Lake Parking Lot.
Feb. 2 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a car radio being removed from the dash and stolen from the passenger compartment of a parked vehicle in the East Lake Parking Lot.
Feb. 2 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of stolen property from a resident's room in Patterson Hall.
Feb. 3 - Slippery Rock Borough Police requested assistance serving a warrant at Ginger Hill.
Feb. 4 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of two males kicking and smashing the rear taillight of a vehicle.
