Court Cases

Jan. 12 - Stephanie Ann Snyder, 42, Boyers, Pa., was seen for acquiring or obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation and intentionally possessing a controlled substance without registration or license from State Board. She was released on her own recognizance.
Jan. 17 - Heather Lynn Webb, 22, Jeanette, Pa., was seen for DUI, careless driving, following too closely, failing to use safety belt system and not using required head lamps. She was released on her own recognizance.
Jan. 17 - Sharon L. Dougal, 26, Tower City, Pa., was seen for false reports to law enforcement authorities. She was released on her own recognizance.
Jan. 17 - Lynn Richard White, 62, Harrisville, Pa., was seen for theft by deception. The case was sent to Court of Common Pleas.
Jan. 17 - Scott Edward Shelatz, 31, Erie, Pa., was seen for possessing a small amount of marijuana for personal use, using or possessing with intent to use drug paraphernalia, DUI of alcohol or controlled substance, failing to keep right, and failing to drive on roadways laned for traffic. He was released on his own recognizance.
Jan. 17 - Kevin Michael Buzard, 20, Butler, Pa., was seen for using or possessing with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.

Borough Police

Jan. 9 - Police received a report of a stolen $100 jacket liner. The jacket liner has been recovered.
Jan. 10 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of criminal mischief.
Jan. 13 - Terry Norman Hill Jr., no age given, was cited for retail theft at Sheetz and public drunkenness.
Jan. 13 - James J. Rabb, no age given, was cited for harassment.
Jan. 13 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a stolen Sony CD player valued at $90.
Jan. 13 - Christopher L. Fowler, no age given, was cited for defrauding secured creditors.
Jan. 14 - Adam E. Fleet, 21, was cited for public drunkenness.
Jan. 15 - Justin E. Rihn, 24, was cited for retail theft at Sheetz.

Campus Police

Jan. 13 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a person violating a no trespass issuance in Old Main.
Jan. 13 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a stolen wallet from a cubby in Aebersold Recreation Center.
