An unidentified female driver of a silver Dodge Neon with a Pennsylvania license plate was taken to the hospital after flipping her car on Rt. 173, east of Slippery Rock University, early Wednesday afternoon. The lowest temperature recorded Wednesday was 27, possibly affecting road conditions. The driver's condition is still unknown.
