Court Cases

Dec. 6 - Joseph David Rudish, 21, Slippery Rock, was seen for DUI, careless driving, disregarding single traffic lane, failing to use safety belt system, using or possessing with intent to use drug paraphernalia, altering, forging or counterfeiting a certificate of title, registration card or plate, inspection certificate or proof of financial responsibility. He was released on his own recognizance.

Borough Police

Dec. 1 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of access device fraud.
Dec. 2 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of cruelty to animals.
Dec. 2 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of criminal mischief.
Dec. 2 - Andrew R. Kuzmen, 19, was cited for disorderly conduct and underage consumption of alcohol.
Dec. 4 - Allison Maziarz, 21, was cited for DUI.
Dec. 7 - Cristin B. Katich, 18, was cited for DUI.
Dec. 8 - Brandon C. Hackett, 21, was cited for DUI.

Campus Police

Nov. 29 - Amy M. McMillan, 34, was cited for harassment after police received a report of harassment in Boozel Dining Hall.
Nov. 30 - Joseph Stahlman, Jr., 52, was cited for harassment after police received a report of harassment in Boozel Dining Hall.
Dec. 1 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of theft from a vehicle in West Central Loop Parking lot.
Dec. 1 - David Pienaar, 18, and Daniel Thompson, 19, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Rhoads Hall.
