Nov. 23 - Brian Michael Cindric Jr., 28, Butler, Pa., was seen for DUI and careless driving. Bail is posted at $10,000.

Nov. 18 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of unauthorized transactions to a person's account in North Hall.
Nov. 19 - Jared Clayton, 22, was cited for DUI after police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in Water Tower Lot.
Nov. 20 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of stolen property from a cubby in Aebersold Recreation Center.
Nov. 21 - Eric Challburg, 18, was cited for retail theft after police received a report that a person concealed a DVD and left the Bookstore without paying on Nov. 18.
