Library becoming bad place to study

To the Editor:
Since when has the library become a social hub? Anyone who has tried to study at Bailey lately knows that the amount of noise is out of control. What person in their right mind goes to a place of quiet study to socialize? A few sororities have had meetings there, annoying everyone around them. Someone needs to step it up to make sure that Bailey is quiet. The concept of going to college is to become educated, but if one looks around this campus, one will find quite the opposite.
