Court Cases

Nov. 8 - Danielle A. Baumler, 26, Natrona Heights, Pa., was seen for two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of criminal attempt. Bail posted at $10,000.

Nov. 8 - Lisa Diane Navolio, 21, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for furnishing alcohol to minors. She was released on her own recognizance.

Nov. 8 - Kyle Daniel Cain, 24, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for furnishing alcohol to minors. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 15 - David Richard Rinere, 38, Prospect, Pa., was seen for simple assault and two counts of harassment. He was released on $5,000 bail.

Nov. 15 - Dean Robert Krelko, 44, Butler, Pa., was seen for bad checks, theft by deception and receiving stolen property. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 15 - Joan Marie Motonis, 38, Butler, Pa., was seen for DUI, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, disregarding single traffic lane and using, or possessing with intent to use, drug paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.

Nov. 15 - James Andrew Thompson, 23, Butler, Pa., was seen for DUI, careless driving and damage to real or personal property by operating motor vehicle. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 15 - Raymond Douglas Hollihan, 18, Pittsburgh, was seen for DUI, operating with alcohol in system as a minor, driving without a license, incapable of driving safely, and purchasing, consuming, possessing or transporting liquor or malt or brewed beverages as a minor. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nov. 10 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of access device fraud for $504 in cash.

Nov. 15 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of stolen photographic paper worth $40.

Nov. 16 - Lindsey B. Sargo, 21, was cited for DUI.

Nov. 16 - Neil T. Hovanec, 21; Thomas P. Bazzone, 22; Stacey J. Wehner, 19; and Lauren M. Kapinskis, 18, were cited for disorderly house.

Nov. 1 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a damaged computer and cut wires in Rhoads Hall.

Nov. 2 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of stolen property from a classroom in Spotts World Culture Building.

Nov. 2 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of stolen property from the Equestrian Center.

Nov. 3 - Alan Harper, 18, was cited for harassment after a person reported being harassed and threatened in Dodds Hall.

Nov. 3 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of stolen property from the Russell Wright Alumni House.

Nov. 3 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of an unknown person entering a room in Founders Hall.

Nov. 3 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of stolen property from a classroom in Strain Behavioral Science Building.

Nov. 4 - Stephen Brenner, 19, was cited for disorderly conduct after police received a report of an unknown person entering a room in Founders Hall on Nov.3.

Nov. 5 - Melissa Nero, 18, and Lindsey Manzuk, 18, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Rhoads Hall.

Nov. 5 - Matthew Zacour, 20, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after an officer reported an alcohol violation in the Alumni Parking Lot.

Nov. 7 - Eric Jayne, 22, was cited for DUI after an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Campus Drive on Oct. 29.

Nov. 11 - Ryan Beshaw, 20, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Rhoads Hall.

Nov. 12 - David Capooci, 20, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Dodds Hall.

Nov. 12 - Pramodh Reyhart, 23, was cited for disorderly conduct after police received a report of a person causing a disturbance in Dodds Hall.

Nov. 12 - Heather Mann, 18; Kevin Jubach, 18; and Jonathan Fauzey, 18, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Founders Hall.

Nov. 12 - Matthew Yates, 20, was cited for harassment after police received a report of a person causing a disturbance in Weisenfluh Dining Hall.

Nov. 13 - Michelle Gratzmiller, 21, was cited for disorderly conduct after a police officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Maltby Ave.

Nov. 13 - Jason McNaught, 18; Jessica Kost, 18; Brendan Gilbert, 19; and Chase Epperson, 18, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Dodds Hall.

Nov. 14 - Rachel Mess, 21, was cited for DUI after a police officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Maltby Ave. on Nov. 13.

Nov. 14 - Kyle Dempsey, 18; Matthew Lynn, 18; Erica Duda, 18; and Kevin Bittner, 18, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation on Campus Drive.

Nov. 15 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a person entering a student's room and damaging a computer in Founders Hall.

Nov. 16 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of university property damaged in Harner Hall.

Nov. 17 - Garret Rettig, 19, was cited for DUI after a police officer observed a vehicle driving west on the walkway in front of Weisenfluh Dining Hall on Nov. 11.
