Oct. 18 - David Wayne McCullon, 21, Mercer, Pa., was seen for manufacturing a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Bail was paid at $2,500.
Oct. 18 - David James McCullon, 40, Harrisville, Pa., was seen for manufacturing a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 18 - Jeffrey Michael Yaratch, 37, Lake Milton, Oh., was seen for DUI, driving while operating privilege is revoked or suspended. Bail was paid at $7,500.
Oct. 18 - William Leo Russell II, 23, West Sunbury, Pa., was seen for DUI, careless driving, driving at unsafe speed and failing to stay on right side of roadway. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 18 - Philip T. Cargioli, 20, Erie, Pa., was seen for possessing drug paraphernalia, a small amount of marijuana and purchasing, consuming, possessing or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages as a minor. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 18 - Tina L. Dye, 42, Slippery Rock, Pa., was seen for bad checks. Case was sent to Court of Common Pleas.
Oct. 18 - Carl Thompson, 24, Grove City, Pa., was seen for DUI, careless driving and failing to stop at stop signs. He was released on his own recognizance.

Sept. 29 - Dean Robert Krelko, 44, was cited for a bad check for $224.71 for a Dewalt Drill at Slippery Rock Hardware on Sept. 9.
Oct. 11 - Lori Renne Merriman, 20, was cited for disorderly house.
Oct. 13 - Police received a report of criminal mischief to hedges.
Oct. 14 - Matthew Jacob Kimmel, 26, was cited for burglary.
Oct. 14 - Wendy J. Deuschle, 20; Leah M. March, 21; Britney L. Poglein, 20; Brooke L. Barclay, 18; Samantha Quraishi, 19, Jason A. Bowers, 20 and Michael A. Silvestri, 19 were cited for disorderly house.
Oct. 14 - Steven J. Kurtz, 25, was cited for public drunkenness.
Oct. 14 - Police received a report of criminal mischief.

Oct. 15 - Jacob Zeoli, 19 and Thomas Ticherich, 19, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after an officer received a report of a person having difficulty walking on Kiester Road.
Oct. 15 - Mitchell Valvano, 21, was cited for public drunkenness after an officer received a report of a person having difficulty walking on East Central Loop.
Oct. 15 - Rameek Flowers, 20 and David Capooci, 19, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Dodds. Hall.
Oct. 15 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of property stolen from a resident's room in Bard Hall between 1:15 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Oct. 15.

Oct. 16 - Daniel Rawlings, 18, and Brandon McGuire, 18, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after a police received a report of an alcohol violation on North Road.

Oct. 19 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a 650 watt generator stolen from the bed of a truck parked at the job site parking lot on North Road.
