Whoever you are reading this article, know that it is not by coincidence. God takes broken vessels like me to express his message of love to you. Romans 1:16 "I am not ashamed of the gospel because it is the power of God for salvation. This verse can be words or reality in your life. I pray you would give God a chance. Our lives are a precious vapor, a mist. The bible says Satan rules this world. Satan does not want you to see the light in his darkness. The enemy does not want you to have hope. If you have been overwhelmed or depressed lately know that you have hope. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. 'Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you because I am gentle, and you will find rest for your souls." God wants to give you rest.

Not only can you have power, but an amazing peace that comes from knowing where you will go when you die. On a scale of 1-10 how sure are you of where you will be when you die? I was raised in the church and never knew God or where I was going to go when I died. There is a fine line between living for the world and living for God. Heaven and Hell are real places. Jesus is the only leader of religion to claim to be the way to heaven. You are either living for God or the world. The Bible says Satan rules the world. Do you see the connection? There are two motivations that will lead you to two different places. What motivates you? Jesus says that you have to lose your life to gain true life, and this life is so good.

God wants you to understand his unconditional love he has for you. When you experience the presence of God it changes you from the inside out. I know that my life keeps getting better everyday know it is not because anything I am doing. It is God working in me. The other day I reflected upon what a mess I am when my mind is not completely focused on God. I need his grace and discipline. 2 Cor. 10:5 says we have the power to take every thought captive in obedience to Christ. Whether you realize it or not every thought you think has a negative or positive affect on you. There is spiritual warfare. You are either receiving your thoughts from God or from your enemy.
