Court Cases

Sept. 14 - Courtney Lynn McFeaters, 27, Forestville, Pa, was seen for forgery, criminal attempt, identity theft and bad checks. Bail was paid for $5,000.
Oct. 11 - Jason David Altman, 22, New Castle, was seen for DUI, disregard of single traffic lane and careless driving. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 11 - Lonnie Glen Douglas, 51, Slippery Rock, was seen for habitual offenders, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, unauthorized transfer or use of registration and driving without a license. Case was sent to Court of Common Pleas.
Oct. 11 - James Lincoln Jewell, 22, Pittsburgh, was seen for DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.

Borough Police

Oct. 2 - Erroll N. Robinson, 18, was cited for disorderly house.
Oct. 6 - Brendan A. Konkel, 19; Kali Ann Delorie, 18; Cyrus D. Manoucheiran, 19 and Michael D. Savelli, 20, were cited for disorderly house.
Oct. 8 - David Michael King, 38 and Victoria L. Chapin, 27, were cited for simple assault.
Oct. 10 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of criminal mischief to a $300.00 windshield.
Oct. 10 - Christina Gillespie, 20, was cited for disorderly house.
Oct. 12 - Joseph C. Vigliotti, 19 and Shane L. Kelly, 19, were cited for disorderly house.

Campus Police

Oct. 7 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of property stolen from a resident's room in Kraus Hall.
Oct. 7 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a book bag and its contents stolen from Vincent Science Hall.
Oct. 7 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of property stolen from a resident's room in Founders Hall.
Oct. 9 - Jennifer Ryan, 19, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police received a report of an alcohol violation in Patterson Hall.
Oct. 10 - Anastasia Urbanik, 18, was cited for theft of services after police found she was using a commuter parking permit in the Alumni Parking Lot while residing on campus.
Oct. 10 - Eric Challburg, 18, was cited for theft after a person reported property stolen from their resident's room in Founders Hall.
Oct. 10 - Ryan Goodsworth, 19, was cited for theft of services after police found he was using a commuter parking permit in Founders Parking Lot while residing on campus.
