Court Cases

Oct. 4 - Ira Wade Sheatz Jr., 52, Cochranton, Pa, was seen for open lewdness and disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 4 - Peter A. Cicero III, 18, Preto, Pa, was seen for two counts of possessing of drug paraphernalia and possessing a small amount of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 4 - Robert A. Pope, 18, Pittsburgh, was seen for two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing a small amount of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 4 - David Joseph Floravit, 21, St. Marys, Pa, was seen for DUI, careless driving and driving without required lighted lamps. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 4 - Joseph Edward Layer, 45, Pittsburgh, was seen for DUI, driving in excess of speed limit. He was released on his own recognizance.
Oct. 4 - Matthew Leonard Good, 21, Johnstown, Pa, was seen for DUI, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and failing to stop at properly posted stop signs. Case sent to Court of Common Pleas.
Oct. 4 - Stephen T. Gilkinson, 19, Wattsburg, Pa, was seen for possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.

Sept. 30 - Mady Makojl, 20, was cited for disorderly house.
Sept. 30 - Joshua S. Burnette, 22, was cited for disorderly conduct.
Oct. 1 - Moamer Kasum, 22; Engim Isik, 21; Okan V. Sakar, 21; Andre Laforet, 20 and Dallas J. Hill, 19, were cited for disorderly house.
Oct. 4 - Troy Wayne Johnson, 19, and Nathan Joseph Lesko, 22, were cited for disorderly house.
Oct. 6 - Michelle A. Baret, 22; Kate M. Richards, 21; Peggy M. Deveny, 22; Autumn L. Moss, 21; Gary G. Saunders, 21, and Paul. I. Archibald, 25, were cited for disorderly house.

Campus Police

Sept. 26 - Carl Thompson, no age given, was cited for DUI after an officer stopped a vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign on Maltby Avenue.
Sept. 27 - Police are continuing to investigate a report of a person receiving annoying phone class in the University Union.
