Sept. 27 - Russell Paul Kelosky, 40, Renfrew, Pa, was seen for DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
Sept. 27 - Matthew David Dipner, 21, New Castle, Pa, was seen for DUI, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane. He was released on his own recognizance.
Sept. 27 - Hope Marlowe, 32, Prospect, Pa, was seen for DUI and driving without a license. Her case was sent to the Court of Common Pleas.
Sept. 27 - Kevin Matthew Furry, 21, Sagertown, Pa was seen for Aug, 30 charges of DUI, failing to stop at stop signs and yield signs, attempting to purchase, consume, possess or knowing and intentionally transporting liquor or malt or brewed beverages and being a minor prohibited from operating with any alcohol in system. He was released on his own recognizance.
