Jan. 25 - Shelly Marie McNamee, 34, Portersville, was seen for accident involving death or personal injury, driving while suspended, recklessly endangering another person, speeding, careless driving and failure to use safety belt system. She was released on her own recognizance.
Jan. 25 - Brianna L. Woleslagle, 19, Wilcox, was seen for eight counts of harassment. She was released on the condition that she has no contact with the victim.
Jan. 25 - Brandon Blackwell Miller, 26, Slippery Rock, was seen for DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
Jan. 25 - Nicolas J. Shaffer, 23, Lewes, Del., was seen for two counts of simple assault, stalking, false imprisonment and harassment. He was released on the condition that he has no contact with the victim.
Jan. 31 - Michele R. Birckbichler, 28, Slippery Rock, was seen for acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud/forgery. She was released on her own recognizance.
Feb. 1 - Timothy Russell Anderson, 36, Slippery Rock, was seen for two counts each of forgery, theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was released on $10,000 bail.
Feb. 1 - Danny C. Hamilton, Jr., 36, Slippery Rock, was seen for DUI, failure to drive at a safe speed and failure to use safety belt system. He was released on his own recognizance.
Feb. 1 - Ryan R. Wable, 24, Butler, was seen for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.
Feb. 1 - Robert D. Lavelle, 50, Jeannette, was seen for DUI and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was released on his own recognizance.
Feb. 2 - Jeremy E. Sawyer, 28, Prospect, was seen for DUI, driving while license is suspended and careless driving. He was released on his own recognizance.
